I sent this to Gov. Rick Scott who told the people he doesn’t think ANTHROPOLOGY degrees are useful or that we don’t NEED MORE Anthropologists!

 read what you said about Anthropology and you are ignorant you think Anthropologists sit around an office reading books: You don’t care about the recording and understanding of new languages, you don’t care about unearthing and learning about the past to better our future, you don’t care about the cultural aspects of the human body like health (and how to improve or shape it), how the skeletal system grows and the signs it tells us or how humanity physically developed, You don’t care about understanding, learning about, or helping foreign societies to grow! THESE ARE WHAT ANTHROPOLOGISTS DO! And you are an Ignorant douchebag for saying we don’t contribute enough for the state to have an anthropological degree program! Sincerely Anthropology Student! <3
